Calendar users agree to these guidelines

Anyone in the CHEF google group, be they organiser or participant, can add activities and events to the collaboratively-maintained calendar (link will only work for members).
Don’t add organiser’s contact details unless you know they are happy for you to, in case their group is full and they don’t want to have to deal with lots of enquiries, but still add it for the purposes of seeing what’s happening when.
If you’re an organiser and want to add in the notes booking links, relevant WhatsApp groups or that something is full or has spaces available, please do.
Regular, organised, informal, trial and one-off events all welcome; it doesn’t matter if they are organised by us parents or by third parties, so long as they are relevant to home educators in Cambridgeshire.
Delete or correct things you spot that you think are inaccurate, cancelled or out of date.
Add things that are in the planning stage (just make clear that that’s what’s happening e.g. by giving the event name with a question mark and elaborating in the notes if you want) and remove them if they don’t come to fruition.
Remember that any of us can also search the google group archives to see previous discussions and details about activities too.

The thinking behind the calendar is that it’s managed by our ‘hive mind’ and no one in particular has ownership… It will never be perfect and anyone can do as little or as much work on it as they like. Please do help maintain it! New members will receive calendar details within a few hours of being approved.
